New Haw Community Centre

New Haw Community Centre

The New Haw and Woodham Community Association was formed in the 1947 and the Community Centre was opened in 1959. It is a registered charity. The Association is run by a General Committee who manage the day to day affairs of the Association. All monies come from private hire, i.e. weddings, christenings, wakes, aerobics, children’s parties, dog shows, flowers shows etc. We receive little or no council funding and have to earn every penny we need to keep the centre open. The Committee members are all volunteers who give a great deal of their time to ensure that the Centre is well maintained and running smoothly.
